Johann Langenbach, ESR 7 in the ADAPTED program, has been selected as a member of the Generation Europe 2025. Initiated by the German Chancellery and the French Presidency for the 60th anniversary of the Elysée Treaty and coordinated by the OFAJ-DFJW, this interdisciplinary program brings young talents together to strengthen and shape the future of the vital Franco-German partnership through cooperation and joint projects (https://www.ofaj.org/programmes-formations/generation-europe#1). This year focuses on innovation with Johann contributing to the subject of innovative solutions for global challenges.
During the first seminar in Paris in January 2025, Johann contributed his expertise on climate policy, poverty reduction, and digital applications in development. The seminar featured discussions with prominent policymakers, including German Ambassador Stephan Steinlein and German Bundesrat President Anke Rehlinger (see photo above), offering valuable opportunities for dialogue on shaping the future of Franco-German relations."
